Dear Nidup, Thank you so much for the wonderful trip. We feel we really got ‘in touch’ with Bhutan, thanks to you and your team’s dedication to let us have the best possible experience. We got a ‘customized trip’ that contained all the ingredients that we put on our wish list. On top of that several unexpected ‘bonuses’ were added during the trip. As a result we enjoyed beautiful landscapes, monasteries, cities and villages. We attended the annual festivities, receiving much appreciation from the ‘locals’ for being dressed in the traditional Bhutan dresses, provided by your company for the occasion. We were received in ‘spic & span’ hotels as well as, on our request, in ‘basic’ farmhouses, including milk ‘fresh from the cow’ and a traditional hot stone bath. We camped two nights as part of a beautiful one-day trek in the Bhumtang area, being spontaneously invited for tea by a local resident on the first evening and sharing drinks, food, music and a dance with some ‘locals’ around the camp fire on the second evening. Our knowledgeable guide and skilled driver were both very service-oriented and flexible and apart from that fun to be with. We learned from talks with other Bhutan travellers that not all tour operators are equally dedicated to get the most out of it for their guests. So we feel we were very lucky to have chosen Bhutan Best Travel and we recommend your agency highly to anyone who appreciates the diversity in activities that you offer, your quality, flexibility and personal attention.

一次难忘的人文情怀的经历

记得第一天，我们为转机近乎24小时没睡觉，初到的新鲜感在3个小时后就消失了，我只想着床和枕头。没想到，吃饭后的时候，旅行社老板带着小礼物和不丹本地的桃子酒来迎接我们。一点燃了我的旅行激情。老板也是性情中人，不过几句话，就告诉我们，它可以带我们逛廷布夜景。他真的不只是说说而已，司机兼导游的老板，带着我们就开居了我的温馨，体贴不丹行。当然，我们真正的并不是他。我们的导游叫长寿很开朗，可以和我们开玩笑，也很体贴，总能在一堆人群中迅速锁定我们。我来的时候正好是旺季，导游介绍完后，允许我们自己随心逛逛。每次我花很多时间从人群中找导游，可是每次找到他的时候，他正微笑的望着你。这种感觉非常温馨。他了解我们食物喜好，给我们推荐了加菲和甜品，真的很棒的推荐。我去过很多地方，看过很多风景，可这家旅行社旅给我们提供的是我从未有过的一次有太多人文情怀的经历。做旅行代理，他们是最棒！

First of all I am writing to thank you for the amazing experience we had and most of all because of your company.

To start with, we had a great time in Nepal with Balaram and his agency, very polite and always waiting to make sure we’ve got the best experience in such a small period. You should keep this partner very close.

And second we have no words to describe the unforgetable trip in Buthan. We are trully in love with your country. Tshering ( our guide) and Sanghy ( our driver) were the most special people ever. Always so helpfull, sensible, worried about us and they actually reorganized our itinerary because of a very long delay on our flight in the first day. We really left Buthan with tears in our eyes knowing that we were leaving friends behind and hoping we meet again one day.

By the way, in the end of this month we will be at Singapore and we notice that you have a office there, so we were wondering if we could pass by and leave a gift for Thshering, we really made a bond with him, he is an amazing guy.

Thks to Mr Nidup for the surprise gifts n wonderful dinner. When he knew that one of our friend need to return home immediately due to emergency issue, he purposely came to hotel n reassure us that he’ll try his very best to help us. From working out the solution on a Sunday night , till pick up my friends at 5.30am to catch the earliest flight out, his kind thought n effort that really gone way beyond.

Tomorrow we leave Bhutan and we would like to thank you for a truly amazing trip. More than anything what made our trip truly great were Kinley and Kandu.. They were the best, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, always going the extra mile to make us comfortable and our trip smooth and memorable. But best of all is the innate sincerity we felt and observed with them.

Particularly we truly appreciate how Kinley never left my side as we climb towards the Tiger’s Nest knowing I am asthmatic brought a number of bottles of water and chose trails less strenuous for me. He even went the extra mile to trade his trekking shoes with my husband’s rubber shoes when he saw my husband having difficulty climbing the trail with his shoes. Kandu was simply amazing as he was always beside my husband who has a terrible fear of heights. He would always stay on the cliffside and guided my husband negotiate the steep rocky dirt trail.

My husband and I have travelled and seen equally beautiful sceneries but what makes Bhutan magical are the people like Kinley and Kandu and all the people in the hotels who sincerely go the extra mile.
